ICCAI Story

The Indonesian Conference on Chemical Analysis and Instrumentation (ICCAI) stands as a premier national platform for professionals, researchers, and educators in analytical chemistry and instrumentation. Founded in 2012 under the name SNKAI, ICCAI has grown into a distinguished venue that bridges academia, research institutions, and industry to promote scientific excellence and technological innovation in Indonesia.

From its early years, ICCAI has maintained a strong partnership with Lab Indonesia, the country’s largest laboratory equipment exhibition. This collaboration allows participants not only to stay informed about the latest research but also to engage directly with cutting-edge laboratory technologies. The conference’s credibility and growth have been marked by major milestones, including the successful co-hosting of Asianalysis XIV in 2018.

We believe that analytical chemistry and instrumentation are vital foundations for national progress — supporting advancements in education, research, and industry. In an age of rapid transformation and new challenges, the mastery and application of science play a crucial role in driving innovation, economic development, and societal well-being.

The 8th ICCAI, scheduled for April 15–16, 2026 (Wednesday–Thursday), will carry the theme:
“Advancing Chemical Research and Education Through Technology and Analytical Instrumentation for a Sustainable Future.”
This event will unite experts from universities, research organizations, and industry to exchange insights, share discoveries, and foster collaborations toward sustainable scientific growth.

Our esteemed institutional partners for ICCAI 2026 include UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Politeknik AKA Bogor, IPB University, Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Pertamina, Universitas Pertahanan (UNHAN), and BRIN.

By supporting ICCAI, both sponsors and participants contribute to strengthening Indonesia’s scientific landscape and building meaningful partnerships between academia and industry.
